"We don't have much in terms of customer outreach," says Jefferson Braga, who owns Braga Farms in Irving. But a little goes a long way. A 2017 YouTube video at his eclectic urban farm has racked up nearly 150,000 views.

And his Facebook posts, though few, put you there. In a recent video, he's harvesting a monster radish as a turkey gobbles in the background. Find him at St. Michael's Farmers Market on Saturday and the Dallas Farmers Market on Sunday."
