Our fresh herbs are great for cooking, rubs, teas, and pestos. Varieties include:

• Cilantro (It is commonly eaten as a food or used as a spice)

• Rosemary (an evergreen aromatic shrub of the mint family, native to southern Europe. The narrow leaves are used as a culinary herb, in perfumery, and as an emblem of remembrance.)
• Chervil (a Eurasian plant of the parsley family, with delicate fernlike leaves that are used as a culinary herb)

• Basil (Spring) (a European plant which grows in hedges and scrub.)
