I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Braga Farms LLC, (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga), that:
- I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in a class/activity on a farm and working around livestock, which includes goats, cows, chickens, dogs, and any other animal on Braga Farms LLC and all their friends (including affiliates, associates, acquaintances, owners, growers, gardeners),[et. al.] while on their property or venue.
- I assume all foregoing risk of using Braga Farms LLC, friends, [et. al.] and accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.
- I release, waive, and discharge Braga Farms LLC, (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Braga Farms LLC (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga), property.
I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to Braga Farms LLC, (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga) property, and will defend and indemnify Braga Farms LLC, (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga) against any claim brought by such person.
I have read the above waiver and release, understand that I give up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it voluntarily.

I hereby grant to Braga Farms LLC (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga) all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or re-publish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their website and any educational, training or promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.

Acknowledgement of Conduct (Volunteers)
I also acknowledge that Braga Farms LLC, (Jefferson Braga, jefferson braga) is part of a conservative family establishment and I will conduct myself with respect, modesty and professionally towards all others. At anytime if I am requested to leave, I will do so immediately and bearing no grudge towards business, family, [et. al.] Mrs. And I request modesty of dress and also for your safety request the following clothing be worn while volunteering: sleeve shirt (long or short, though long will protect you and layers are ideal, required in winter), loose khaki or denim pants, shoes (please ask before putting on sandles and especially before going barefoot it is a farm).
